At the 14th edition of the Cosmoscow International Art Fair, the Syntax Gallery presented a booth that brought together different artistic approaches to the production of figurative meaning.
The exhibition is structured as a transition between complementary registers of thought: the artists turn to the philosophy of language, the nature of irrationality, and the noise of communication — processes through which meanings are formed, transmitted, and transformed.
The booth received the Cosmoscow «Best Stand» prize of the year. The panel of expert judges included Marina Schulz, Head of the Department of Contemporary Art at the State Hermitage Museum; Evgenia Kazarnovskaya, Director of the MIRA Cultural Institution; and Mikhail Savchenko, Director of the Tretyakov Gallery branch in Samara.
